The Resort of Kilpisjarvi
Here in your search for Santa Claus we bring you to the Kilpisjarvi area located in splendid isolation close to the Norwegian border. Here you generally are above the tree line and the scenery tends to be wilder, with more bush than trees present. Some might even describe it as the end of the earth but we feel Kilpisjarvi has its own omnipotent splendour. Certainly an ideal location as magical as you can imagine.
Please do not expect any form of commercialism here!! Rather the warmth of the Lappish people who’s very aim is to ensure you have
a most enjoyable visit and an enjoyable encounter with their famous resident Santa Claus.

The Resort of Luosto
Located some 90 minutes north of Rovaniemi and 100 minutes from Kittila, is the ski resort Luosto, comprising of two hotels and a cluster of beautiful log cabins nestling amongst fir trees
Luosto lies in an area where peace and tranquility prevails, where you will feel at one with nature in the most beautiful surroundings, yet where a very high level of creature comforts are assured.

The Resort of Olos
Some 60 minutes from Kittila Airport lies the ski resort of Olos, truly another hidden Lappish gem. The setting is peaceful and tranquil and yet it provides all the creature comforts one may require. Accommodation consists of bungalow, apartment, cabin and hotel facilities. Olos resort also offers facilities such as a ski pub/restaurant providing a traditional setting for an evening of merriment, squash courts and a gym for your added enjoyment. 

Posio
Posio lies in a small wilderness area located some 100 minutes from Rovaniemi on the highlands of Kollismaa. In splendid isolation it is nevertheless possible to offer a choice of hotel or cabin accommodation. Here one is assured of a total lack of commerciality bringing a  sense of authenticity to the offering, for without doubt in this beautiful natural winter setting it is simply so easy to believe that Santa has his home within the neighbouring forest area. The Resorts of Pyha & Pyha Asteli
The resort of Pyha and adjoining Pyha Asteli are set in an idyllic location. Pyha offers many forms of accommodation for you to choose from. Known locally in Finland for the excellence of its slalom skiing slopes this pretty village offers hotel, apartments and luxury suite accommodation to name but a few. Pyha Asteli lies just before the ski village offering 2 bedroomed cabins suitable for 2-6 persons.

The Resort of Salla
Salla is an ideal location for our Search for Santa tours. A small and pretty ski resort in splendid isolation, here one finds a series of quality cabins and a small hotel with swimming pool. Located a 2 hour drive from Rovaniemi the setting is peaceful and tranquil whilst the resort of Salla offers the creature comforts that one might expect.

The Resort of Sodankyla
Sodankyla is a small Lappish town some 90 minutes north of the Arctic Circle and the venue for some of 2 and 3 night tours. Associated with various cottage industries here one finds the making of Lappish gold jewellery and wooden artefacts. Like most small towns there is a selection of shops covering all immediate needs. All activities take place outside of Sodankyla in beautiful wilderness surroundings. Perfect for a Santa tour to Finland
